The Statue Of Liberty !

Standing over 45 meters tall, the colossal statue is situated on a
miniscule island in New York harbour.


Constructed of copper and garbed in Grecian Style  robes the
statue holds ignited torch in he raised right hand. Resting on a pedestal,
this famous lady is depicted stepping towards freedom from a fractured chain at her feet.


A lift is a available to transport visitors to the top of the pedestal. From
there they can ascend a spiral staircase of one hundred and sixty eight
steps to reach the interior of her head.
A gift to the United States of America from France, the Statue of Liberty
has been a welcoming symbol since it was erected in 1884.

The Cupboards Are Empty?

"Our cupboards are devoid of food" said Mum."We must go to the mega grocery store".

We got into the car and drove to the mall. The car park was frentic so it took us a long time to find a parking space.
"Mum, I'm ravenous " sait my sister, "can we purchase something to eat now?"
"No" said Mum. "We will do a perfunctory shop and then go home where I will assemble a healthy dinner for you".
"Oh Mum", we moaned, "can't we just get takeaways?"
"Stop quibbling" said Mum. "We are taking nouristments at home tonight".
We went into the supermarket. It was hectic. There were people everywhere and all the trolleys were being used.
Mum ransacked her bag, looking for her list.

"I have neglected to bring her list", she sighed. "I surrender. We will try to shop again tomorrow".
We retreated to the car park and climbed into the car. On the way home we brought some seafood immersed in the batter and some deep fried potato wedges.

Jesus Was A Saver !














WALHT-Explain what it is meant to be saved by Jesus.
Matthew 8:28-33: Jesus heals two mens with demons !
Person who was saved by Jesus:
Two mens who lived in the territory of Gadara who were possessed by demons.
What were they saved from?
These two men were saved from having demons in their body possessing them. As Jesus went to the two men, they screamed and told Jesus why was he there. Jesus told them to GO! out to the herd of pigs, as they went, they rushed to the side of the cliff onto the lake and were drowned. They were saved from having demons possessing their bodies.
How was their life changed?
Their life was changed by Jesus using his powers to unclean the demons of the two men. As he told the men to go out to the herd of pigs, they obeyed the Lord's Son immediately, their lives were cleaned from having demons possessing their bodies.

They were saved from the storm
How were there lives changed?
Their lives were changed because his disciple thought they all were going to dye but then jesus came and he had faith so he just believes that it wa s
Ok so it changed their life because all they need to do was have a little faith in god and it was ok.

The boy with the demon in him
What were they saved from?
The boy was saved from the demon
How were there lives changed?
The boys family thought that he was going to die from this demon but jesus came in and cured him and the family was in shocked but in the same time they were afraid..


Mark 10:46 - 52 Jesus Heals Blind Bartimaeus
Person who was saved by Jesus
The blind Bartimaeus

What were they saved from?
From blindness and not being able to see anything.
How was their life changed?
The blind bartimaeus wasn't blind anymore . He could see .


Mark 5:25 - 34 Jairus Daughter and the Woman who touched Jesus cloak.
Person who was saved by Jesus
The woman who had severe bleeding had been saved by Jesus.
What were they saved from?
The woman had severe bleeding for years as she touched Jesus cloak she was healed and her bleeding stopped.
How was their life changed?
The woman had severe bleeding for years. She used her money to go see the doctors but she got worse everytime. When she touched Jesus she was healed and her bleeding stopped.




Mark 7:32 - 37: Jesus healing a deaf-mute
Person who was saved by Jesus:
Jesus healed a man that was deaf and was unable to talk or speak.
What were they saved from?
This deaf man was healed by Jesus using his powers to lay his hands on the man's ears, spat and his tongue. Jesus was begged by the crowd who walked with the deaf man. As Jesus laid his hands, the man spoke immediately.
How was their life changed?
His life was changed by Jesus praying and using his powers of love to unfree the deafness of the man who couldn't speak.
Luke 9:37-43 Jesus heals a boy with an evil spirit.
Person who was saved by Jesus?
The boy that had an evil spirit and was throwing him into a fit.

What were they saved from?
The evil spirit attacked a boy and his father was asking Jesus to heal him.
How was their life changed?
Jesus gave a command to the evil spirit and healed the boy. He gave him back to his father and he had no evil spirit in him.


Mark 5:21-24, 35 - 42  Jairus daughter .
Person who was saved?
Jairus daughter who was very sick.
What were they saved from?
From dying and being very very sick.
How was their life changed?
The child was healed and everyone thought she had died . She got up healed and walked around the room.


Luke 5:12-16 Jesus Heals A Man
Person who was saved?
The deceased man was saved.

What were they saved from?
From deceased and from dying in suffer.

How was their life changed?
The dreaded skin disease man wasn't deceased anymore. He was healed by Jesus amazing power.


Luke 5:17-26 Jesus heals a paralysed man
Person who was saved?
The paralysed man who has been laying in the bed
What were they saved from?
From being paralysed and laying in the streets
How was their life changed?
The paralysed man could walk again.


Matthew 8:5-8 Jesus heals a roman officer's servant

Person who was saved?
The roman officer's servant who was very sick
What were they saved from?
From sickness and couldn't move
How was their life changed?
The servant could move and he was healed.


Mark 6 53 - 56: Jesus heals the sick in Gennesaret
Person who was saved
The person who was saved was a man that was sick
What were they saved from?
They were saved from the cure of being sick.

How was their life changed?
Their life was changed by Jesus touching their body and the cure of sick was free.


Luke 4:38-40 - Jesus heals many people
Person who was saved?
Simons mother who was sick from high fever .
What were they saved from?
They were saved from sickness and various diseases.
How was their life changed?
The mother was healed and didn't have to deal with the high fever anymore.
