My favourite fruit.

This week I have been learning to write about my favourite fruit.

My Favourite Fruit.

My favourite fruit is mango.Mangoes are red and green. Inside the mango it is gold.It has a big seed inside. It has also a short stalk. It is juicy  when you bite it. They are so soft. mango is my favourite fruit because it is nice and juicy.

My Puppy Rocky.

This week I have been learning to write about my favourite Pet.

My puppy’s name is Rocky.

Rocky's colour ginger, and he is medium. Rocky is a boy. Rocky's ears is straight and his tail is up and sometimes down. 

His eyes are grey. He sleeps all day, and she like to eat bones and meat every day. 

He does not like to go out, he only likes to stay at home. Rocky’s behaviour is not good because he barks every day. I like Rocky because I always have fun with her. Rocky does not run away from me.. He is always safe with me

School Holidays

During my holidays I went to the movies with my family to watch "Into the Woods". It was about fairys and Cinderella. 

First, we had to wait for some adds to finish. We  watched on a big screen, and I got excited. The movie took  3 hours. When it was  finished, we went to the beach to have a little swim. I started to float in the water, and while I was floating the water kept on coming into my ears. After a while we got out to change. 

Next, we went to the warehouse to get my sisters shopping. While we were doing her shopping, I asked my dad if I can get a packet of lollies. After  we  paid I started to share my lollies with my sister. 

Finally I slept on our way back home.

WALT write a recount about our holiday.

The Awesome Tower.

WALT problem solve as a group.

Today Mrs R gave us a challenge. We had to  build a tower with news paper and tape. We had 5 minutes to discuss as a group how to make the tower and 15 minutes  to make our tower. The tower had to stand up for 30 seconds. The tallest tower wins. The challenge thing was to make it strong and balanced.

If  I was to do this again I would not waste the time and the tape.

Group 3 won the challenge!!!!

Manaiakalani Film Festival.

Manaiakalani Film Festival

On 12.11.14 St Patrick’s School went to Sylvia Park to the Hoyts to watch the Manaiakalani Film Festival. There were lots of other schools there too, like Glenbrae school and many other schools.  

We were watching on an enormous screen. The first movie we watched was Room 8’s from St Patrick’s school. Their movie was called Its Not My Fault. The movie was quite funny because Johnny was laughing and being silly, I also like Kolio and Natalia’s clothes.

After Room 8’s film  it was Tamaki College’s Film. The name of their film was called Master Chef. Some of the seniors had to cook something, and the judge’s had to see if they are going to win or lose. The lady and the man cooked a cake and the man said to the lady “You put the egg last but the lady said no you need to to cook the egg. Then they took it to the judges. They lost.

Meanwhile it was Room 5’s Film I felt embarrassed because it was my turn. The movie was called the

Magic Students. It was about Room 5 turning Mrs

R into a toad. My favourite Film was It Not My Fault. Hehe.

Dear Loving God I ask you to help me make the right choices. Thank you for all the right choices. I ask you to support my friends with their right choices. Thank you for guiding the Government to make the right choices for our country.
